RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
7-DAYS RETURN POLICY

This return policy is only applicable to item(s) delivered across Malaysia.

This return policy is only effective if you return the item(s) within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Any shipping fee required for the return will be at your own cost.

Return is only applicable for items that were received with physical damage, wrong product(s) or incomplete product, via our online store and delivered in Malaysia.

Strictly no exchange/ return/ refund if the eyewear is open and in use condition, physical damage (interior/exterior) upon we receive the returned. Eyewear must be no scratches, no torn, no damage, not tampered. Eyewear packaging are not crushed. No dent, No discoloration. Eyewear are neat, clean, no stain, no dirt, no marks, no handwriting in the secondary packaging.

Inspection will be carried out to ensure all item(s) are in their original condition before any confirmation on your return. It will usually takes 3 to 7 working days to process your request before we could confirm, process and ship out the replacement / exchanged item(s) to you.

Each customer can only make a one-time product(s) exchange per transaction.

Strictly no exchange / return after 7-days upon receiving your parcel.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned item(s) except for out of stock and mis-shipment. Return parcel for out of stock and mis-shipment will be borne by Ninety's Vision & tracking number has to be inform to our customer service.

In any event if there is any defect item(s) for orders delivered within Malaysia, inspection will be carried out prior to any confirmation of replacement /exchange at our shop. Upon confirmation given, any shipping fee incurred for shipping out the replacement / exchange item(s), will be bear by the Company.

Strictly no exchange allowed for orders delivered outside of Malaysia.

Ninety’s Vision is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, VAT, duties or any other fees applied by the customs service in your country.

We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the conditions.

All refunds will be given by payment that customer use for purchase at www.ninetysvision.com, or any other method that we reach an agreement with the customer.

We are not liable for shipping lost and Ninety’s Vision has full discretion to replace or decline in any circumstances. Please take note that we would only start processing any replacement after receiving the goods.
