  • Is all the product under warranty?
    There is no Warranty for all product, except for items that were received with physical damage, wrong product(s) or incomplete product. Polarized Sunglass sometime will see Rainbow Colour which is normal and is not under warranty
  • How do I return my order?

  • Standard Delivery
    Free shipping for purchase RM250 and above. Your parcel will be delivered to your home or an alternate address within the following business days: Peninsular Malaysia within 3-6 days Eastern Malaysia within 5-7 days At the moment, all orders are shipped out from our optical store in Malaysia. Occasionally, you may experience a longer delivery lead time, especially during sales periods.
  • What are the costs for delivery when shopping online?
    RM7 (West Malaysia) & RM15 ( East Malaysia). Free shipping for purchase RM250 & above. Estimated delivery period within 5 - 7 working days subject to stock availability.
  • Can I cancel or amend my order?
    We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.
